The User must read and accept this Privacy and Data Protection policy for using the Solidarity App Services.
Please also read the Terms in connection with this policy.
Revised: 1 July 2016
Solidarity App gathers data from Users in order to provide them with the Services. The process of their personal data is only for this purpose: providing the Services to the Users.
The personal data of the Users that Solidarity App collects and process are those necessary for registering with Solidarity App and the provision of Services, such as: user name, name and surname, date of birth, gender, email, geographic location or post code, non-sensitive physical characteristics, photos or personal images of persons and Users.
Solidarity App collects such personal data in the registration process of future Users, and in contact forms or through emails sent by individuals to the email contact address of Solidarity App.
In the event the future User should not wish to provide the personal data mentioned above, they may not access the Services of Solidarity App or be considered a User. In such case, they may only browse the web of www.solidarityapp.com.
In accordance with the provisions of prevailing legislation on Data Protection, Solidarity App hereby informs you of the existence of a personal data file entitled “Solidarity App USERS”, duly registered with the competent Data Protection authorities (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency), at the responsibility of Solidarity App, as the data controller, being its purpose to manage and maintain the relationship with its Users.
CONSENT OF USERS TO THE USE OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA
The User is hereby informed that the use of the Services implies their consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (pursuant to the provisions of this Data Protection policy), including your consent to the transfer of this information to other countries for its storage, processing and use by Solidarity App, including countries which do not afford a level of Data Protection similar to that contemplated by regulations of the European Union.
Before registering and becoming a User of the Services, the future User must read this policy on Data Protection and accept it by ticking the box on the Solidarity App registration form or through any equivalent procedure established, where applicable.
Users have the possibility of exercising, in accordance with the provisions of Data Protection regulations, the rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in respect of their data used by Solidarity App, by writing to CREATIVE MATTERS, S.L. (Solidarity App) at Carrer del Carme 36, 4º-1º, Barcelona, 08001 (Spain), attaching a photocopy of their national identity card or alternative documentation proving their identity.
We likewise make available to Users the address firstname.lastname@example.org for exercising the said rights, notwithstanding the fact that Solidarity App may ask them to send information or a copy of their national identity card by post.
Solidarity App undertakes to comply with its secrecy obligation regarding any personal data and its duty to keep them, even after the contractual relationship has terminated, adopting the safety measures imposed by prevailing legislation to avoid their unauthorised access, alteration, loss or treatment.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The User accepts and gives his consent to Solidarity App communicating their personal data to third parties, such as NGO, clients or collaborators of Solidarity App, so they might communicate directly with the Users and send them information and advertising in relation to the activities and services of such third parties.
The User grants their consent to Solidarity App sending them advertising relating to Solidarity App products or services, and advertising relating to products and services of third parties related to the Solidarity App Services.
Should they not wish to receive advertising information, the User may communicate this by writing to email@example.com or by changing the settings of their User account.

Any third-party advertisers placing advertisements on the Services may use “hit counters” or “web beacons” in their advertisement, in order to analyse the efficiency of their advertising. Providing they have not activated the option preventing the installation of cookies on your hard disk, Users may explore their hard disk following the instruction handbook and help of their operating system for further details on each server from where the cookies or web beacons are sent.
